The next in the Pokemon Chibi series; Litwick!

Sort of reminds me of :icondarkersounds:'s character Paschel, only before he became a Lampent because of the expression. lol

So this one is unofficially pre-evolution Paschel!! :XD:

This one took and hour and forty minutes. And had 20 layers.

I used music by :iconredfox09: based off the fact that she drew Paschel recently in a piece called "Treeshroud Forest". So I used that song.

This one would have to be pre-evolved Paschel. No other Litwick would be that dark in color or as pouty X3

The other chibis had darker colors too, now that I think about it. It's just more obvious with this one because Litwick are usually really really light gray. But then, I can't say much about playing with the "official" colors myself, now can I?
